Have you ever thought about doing your own research? After all these are memes, while there is a bit of truth in most of them, many of them hit the subject right on the money, they are not fact checked. Stop acting like a kid and learn somethings on your own.

He does a show called "Inside the Numbers", and with Robert Barnes called "What are the Odds?".  I've learned more about how polling works and that industry in general from him than I have my life of following politics.

The meme doesn't provide EO numbers.  I was able to find one of Trump's OE's regarding trafficking - EO 13903

This link shows all of the EO's the Biden rescinded and none of them was 13903.

I'm not sure what the second one was, but nothing on the list that Biden rescinded seems to be anything related to trafficking.

Operation Talon isn't an Executive Order, as the meme references.  It was put in place by Trump as part of an existing DHS initiative (SOAR) to find and deport illegal sex offenders.

So, the meme, until proven otherwise, is a lie on one verified EO claim with the second unknown.

Sorry, wrong again. The article states Biden cancelled the program, all the ruckus was from governors, DOJ, law enforcement, who were writing to get Biden to reinstate the program.

The letter to the White House closes with, "We urge you to immediately reinstate Operation Talon, adopt an aggressive enforcement policy against illegal aliens convicted of sex crimes, and send a message to sexual predators that they are not welcome in the United States of America."

Imagine, Reuters being wrong about something. Again.

there's no way to know for sure what the actual story is. If the governor's thought Biden cancel the program, it makes sense that they would write letters. Maybe Biden didn't cancel the program and it was just postponed by DHS. Either way, the meme was wrong.
