But it was ruled constitutional by the SCOTUS, and it's the law of the land.  How are you going to nullify a law that can put you in jail if you don't comply?
Again what law specifically ?? If it makes/forces you to comply it clearly is not a just law.

I did!...Just quit working once the amount came close. made less than a 1000.00 last yr and this yr will most likely go under.
That's OK I bought a farm and just going to spend my last yrs growing food.
Seems noble.

Again what law are you referring?

And what planet are you from? Law has certain elements in its nature that forces you to comply with it. These elements are called policemen, judges, fines, jail, prison, etc.

I really have no answer for that...WOW!!
Let me try...
AS long as I don't do what is against the law, then the cops and judges will leave me alone. And I did nothing.
If I am missing a law please give an example.

Apply what you just said to healthcare and the need to repeal and replace.

And why federal laws are needed to change the federal law

I asked for an example of a law that compels me to do something ? Other than the ACA and it doesn't really count cause its a tax not jailtime...ie criminal. Because that would be unconstitutional from a conservative view.

You said laws compel us to do things..so back it up with an example.

All I am saying is that based on what we have and have not been told we should not assume anything other than the worst. Because the case that Trump will not continue climate agenda is a slim one at best.
I would rather not act like he will do no wrong and only blame Democrats.
Besides it's a given that Democrats are evil and will do whatever it takes to screw the world. I choose not to waste my time with them. They don't care what I/we want, and all the complaining in the world will not change that.

Excuse me, but I will not get in the way of your misery over anything Trump.

The Founders had it right about law and govt.
Think insurance, do you buy it to feel safe regardless of cost, or do you buy it because the law compels you to buy it?
Speeding, do you drive on the right or left side of the road, do you drive any speed you like, or anyway you like?
Of course not, because law compels you through fines and jail.

The first law slaps in the face of our Founding Principles, the second is a societal arrangement that maintains the social fabric and safety.

Reagan was absolutely Right about you people.

So laws compel me to NOT do something or go to jail for it. That sounds about right.

Your not paying attention. They also compel you to do something, like driving on the right side of the road or going the speed limit or registering your car, boat, business, whatever.

In the case of the ACA, the law compels you to buy insurance or be fined.

Don't give me that it's excluded because its a tax bull. Obama himself said it wasn't a tax.
