Changing the precedent is often an underhanded way of changing the law.

However, once you get activist judges, all bets are off.

There are millennia of precedent which our country and culture are based upon. Then there's precedent as in a decade of policy. The Marxists have just had a decade of rule, and they would happily claim that era is the precedent, despite previously enacted actual law to the contrary.
It's why we hold to the constitution as the law of the land and the left rely on adjudicating from the bench in hopes of creating a precedent.

This decade of rule, we would be best to just skip over it. It's been more of a decade of resetting precedents to a Marxist agenda, getting away from the precedents that make America America.

Sadly, the depiction is a perfect example of the latest generation.
They never experienced the America that came before their generation, they only know what the media taught them, overtly or subliminally, they only know that they aren't being treated fairly regardless of the Constitution, and seeing how the left has planted the seed that capitalism equals greed, capitalism must be the menace that needs expunged from Western Culture.
