The President can not spend or tax, that's the job of the congress, therefore he did not give Planned Parenthood anything, the democraps put that in the budget.  We don't have a line item veto, so not much to do there, but we got a lot of money for the military, it was part of the deal.

The President did not shut down anything, the states did that.

You know nothing about the Constitution, and know even less about conservatism.  We don't use President Trump as an example of a conservative.
