IMO...yes especially when the Governor Kathy Hochul of New York said basically don't panic New Yorkers this only pertains to President Trump. Let that crap sing in for a minute.

Sounds like she and the judge had this planned.     

Not just a violation of civil rights under the 8th but a violation under DUE PROCESS as well as violation of civil rights under color of law. HOE-Chul just proved that by her statement.
