But since those passport documents are under lock and key in his lawyers office we may never know.

But again you demonstrate your ignorance, fingerprinting is just a means of POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION and only part of a background check....

So, basically, there is no requirement for fingerprinting and the only reason some of those people were was because of the military. That kinda makes this a dead issue [No requirement/No real precedent]. Surely we can do better than being outraged over not having Obama's fingerprints?

Once again you miss the point coz it ain't bout "Fingerprints".

Like I said, FINGERPRINTS are just part of a BACKGROUND check...so are you saying we should not have background checks for somebody who aspires to hold the highest office of the land?

I'm saying fingerprints are irrelevant. Like I already stated, Obama's life has been investigated to death, even to the point of him being the first president to ever release his birth certificate during his presidency. Let it go already.
