Point is, there was a time that all those entering the country followed H1B requirements.

What they've been proposing all along, a revamped H1B visa, they'll just lower the standards, allowing everyone that wants to come across the border to meet the new H1B directives, breathing or bleeding will suffice.

Ok so why even have an immigration process then? If he (Rubio) would do as Obammy has done, look the other way, refuse to deport,. etc...there's no reason why anyone on this planet should take the ten to twelve years it takes to immigrate legally.

With Rubio it's all smoke and mirrors, aesthetics, sleight of hand, inferences of being legal, when in truth, to Rubio, the H1B is merely a label, a system that can be gutted and used as on open gate for illegals.
That's his plan in the end.
