TRENDING: Obama-Clinton ticket 'on the table,' Woodward says
But what about 2012?
"It's on the table," veteran Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward told CNN's John King in an interview Tuesday on John King, USA. "Some of Hillary Clinton's advisers see it as a real possibility in 2012."
The scenario – whereby Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would switch positions - has been bandied about by political observers for months, seen by some as a potentially savvy strategy to gin up excitement among what appears to be a depressed Democratic base.

This would be a stupid miscalculation on her part. Hillary is way too smart to jump onto a sinking ship.
Hillary won't be second fiddle... Especially someone who she sees as her lawn boy...

I agree, but I think what they are doing, is testing the waters.
Obama" Here Hillary, before you dive in, take this anchor.
Doesn't make sense. Why would she settle for VP in a failed Administration?
Hillary is like an egomaniacal mad woman, she would never settle for VP, she wants that Presieential slot and really mess this country up!

I know what you mean, it tends to give credence to just how out of touch they truly are with the American people.

Do you think when the Clinton folks feel the momentum shifting back to the Clintons, they will jump back on ship instantly?
In a heart beat. My guess would be that was the plan all along, create disharmony from within, get Hillary elected.

I'm not buying it. From where I stand, this is another ploy by the Clintons to focus their direction up a bogus alley. While they also know as well as everyone else does that bammy is on the verge of burnt toast, so the further the better. That would also go to explain why Hillary Dickory Dock has become all but stealth in the past several months. While sticking her head out only to remind us that she is still there.
My contention is that the grand plan for the Clintons, is for Hillary to rise from the ashes of burning liberalism to resurect the cause of socialism, while blaming bam bam personally for all the problems that have insued in the name of liberal rightgedness.
Ostensibly looking to oust him in the 2012 primaries expounding the mantra, " Don't shoot the message for the Messenger".While the biggest mistake that the Right can make at that point is to underestimate her, by getting too confident too fast. Because through and beyond all the muck and mire bammy has buried us in the last two years. There still remains a nucleus of brain dead leftists, who not only believe that liberalism is the way to go. But also want to recapture that same perverted thrill for voting for the first Woman President, that they got by voting for the first Black President.

Its more likely a move to get democrats a bit excited..specifically hillary democrats
