Title: Gaetz Resigns as AG Pick
Post by: Solar on November 21, 2024, 10:57:36 AM
I assure you, this is a masterful chess move. Stay tuned!

I greatly appreciate the recent efforts of Matt Gaetz in seeking approval to be Attorney General. He was doing very well but, at the same time, did not want to be a distraction for the Administration, for which he has much respect. Matt has a wonderful future, and I look forward to watching all of the great things he will do!

I am not surprised by this development. I thought from the outset Gaetz was going to be a distraction. Trump will find someone just as capable, but without baggage. This also gives the left a scalp they wanted which will expedite other appointments.

I can't remember who, but as soon as Gaetz was announced, they said it was going to be a bait and switch.
Was this a ploy to get Rubio out of office, so DeSantis could fill his spot with Gaetz and move Alina Habba into the AG slot? Who better to dig up the bodies?
I've always despised Rubio, the original Gang of Eight leftist liars.

Others are floating this, but I like Habba.

Let's list some names who might fill the slot?
Ken Paxton, or possibly Rudy Giuliani, again, Alina Habbas, Kash Patel?
Can anyone name some others Trump might surprise us with?

Senator Mike Lee. Just heard his name being thrown out there. I do like Paxton, I call him conservative, but maybe that's because he's surrounded by rinos.

Every person Trump puts up will be a "distraction". Just because RINOs and communists don't like him and are terrified of going to prison. Also, Gaetz doesn't have baggage. It's like saying Trump has "baggage" because the enemy accused him of being a Russian asset.

I try and explain to people how Trump picks are all part of a global chess game.
Sooo many people around the globe panic at the idea of a certain pick, this is exposing the enemies list, even if these people are out before the first year is up, they can be assured he got what he needed in the end.
I expect to see a Rubio sacrifice, completely ending his leftist political career.
Like it's said, keep your friends close, your enemies closer. What better way to find out what they are doing?

...I mean, look how Trump took two commies (Gabbard and RFK Jr) and moved them into position. The leftists could have EASILY had those two, but Trump put them out of reach. Not only that, he's using them as weapons against them.

I really don't get the baggage part. If there was baggage, then sure, but there is none.

I never trusted either of them, but Trump has locked them into their roles and they'll be working for us to undermine the left at every turn.
I'm good with all his picks, he's far smarter than anyone I know.

Same here. One little appointment to a council or sub-agency that's shakey and the doomers go bonkers.

Ya that was the people in congress who had access to classified intelligence, right? And so we were supposed to trust them implicitly.

Rubio has always done the work of the Establishment.
