Sources here in Virginia say that the congressional vote on this monstrosity may be coming up for a vote as early as next week or the end of the month before Memorial Day holidays. I'd send letter and postcards to my COngressional rep (dem or Pub) if I were you....oddly, many Dems seem to be against this as it will surely cut union jobs.
Sorry about the Wiki link but it was the best I could come up with that explains what this damn thing is, it really gives Obamao unlimited authority to negotiate trade deals and likely has a lot of hidden agenda immigration agenda issues as well as "enviromental" rules/regs.

It has already passed the Senate with near unanimous votes. The only dissenting vote was Arkansas' Tom Cotton! Good for him.
It now goes to the House..... those are the folks we need to press hard.
It virtually negates Congress' ability to continue trade sanctions or anything else for that matter without a super majority. So of course, Obama is waiting with pen in hand!
Cruz and a handful of other conservatives tried to add amendments and threatened a filibuster..... that is why McConnell says it wasn't stronger. He did not want the filibuster and floor arguments...... hmm... does this make sense to anyone?

So, none of our Senators who are seeking the office of president voted against this? There blows an ill wind!
Does anyone have the precise name and number of this legislation? We need to track it closely and pay close attention to who supports it and who doesn't!
I think this article sheds some new light on this issue.

Sessions is definitely making a name for himself!!!
IMO, this reflects the influence of the TEA within the GOP and the fact that Wall Street is now on the ropes!

Great link, Sessions is definitely leading the pack that wants to know what's in this bill. We don't need another one that is going to remain unknown until it is passed. We've suspected the devil was in the details on other bills only to be found out we were right but too late to do anything about it.

Yeah Kroz I don't understand how the supreme's upheld obamacare as a constitutional tax because that law does the same exact thing. It hands the power of the Congress to act in an oversight capacity, over to the executive branch instead. I just don't understand how it is that some, can re-write the constitution through passing laws, instead of through the amendment process.
Its funny that none of you even know what this is about.
Its being written by corporate lawyers representing the top 100 corporations in America. These posts are all comical and so ignorant of whats happening its not even funny.
Obama should be brutally criticzed for it but not for the abusrd reasons you guys outlined.

More time than you took took to attack America and demean its history!
Say, bright boy. Why not start and maintain a thread of what you LIKE about America, without blaming people for conditions of war or any other factor pertaining to our national history? If America is so wrong, then why are we flooded with illegal immigrants? If our business model is so wrong, then how did it become a global model? If our movies are not our chief cultural export, then is whining by know-nothing leftists a proper substitute?

Yes, sonny. Try something positive for a change instead of blaming America first. Got that?

Right, and the insurance companies really did write obamacare, not johnathan gruber, robert creamer, or ezekiel emanuel?
