Trump has the right to challenge the election every citizen has the right to petition the Govt for redress of grievance under the 1st amendt. "Find Me X amount of votes" is too ambiguous it could mean a recount or an audit or an investigation. This is not only a violation of Trumps rights but a violation of Attorney CLIENT PRIVILEGES.
