Hmmm....

Executive Director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Arkansas Shot in Head by Federal Agents After Allegedly Opening Fire

Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, was shot in the head by federal agents on Tuesday following a firefight at his residence in west Little Rock.

Early Tuesday morning, around 6 am, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents arrived at the 53-year-old's home to serve a warrant when they were met with gunfire from within the house, Daily Mail reported.

Arkansas State Police have confirmed that Malinowski was the individual who fired on the agents, prompting them to return fire.

The specifics of the warrant and the reasons behind the ATF's involvement at Malinowski's residence are still under wraps, as authorities have refrained from commenting further due to the ongoing investigation.

More? Sure aren't saying much...

Is this another one of those "accidents" when it comes to the Clintons?
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

We need to keep an eye on this story. The guys brother is raising all sorts of hell over this and the ATF is not being very forthcoming. Easy to read between those lines  :sneaky:

He Died.

"It's all speculation at this point," said Matthew Malinowski. "I got a feeling that he bought something he shouldn't have."

"That's the only thing I can think of."

The brother then told NBC his brother "had no choice but to defend himself" and the official story "stinks to high hell."

"There's something fishy here," Matthew Malinowski said. "The ATF went after him in the worst possible way."

"There's no reason why they couldn't have arrested him at work at the airport, he continued. "Something stinks to high hell."

The brother further noted his brother was well-connected with senators, earned $253,000 a year, lived in an upper-middle class suburb, and had collections of guns and coins. Why would he risk this all in a suicidal fight with federal agents?

The warrant explained.

Bottom-line, he liked guns, ATF was tracking him with unmarked cars, he out ran them on occasions out of fear, he sold around 140 guns without an FFL license and they wanted to bust him.

A simple warrant and a knock on the door could have sufficed, but the ATF didn't want to be nice and now he's dead.

Same story I heard about a pirate radio jockey. Authorities came up to him in his car unannounced, started banging on his car, and he took off as anyone would. Later, they came with guns drawn. The documentary said that they had him in Federal jail for a while, with no due process. "Jan 6" before Jan 6 happened.

He was an older, Constitutional based man, who wasn't a physical threat to anybody. A simple warrant and arrest would have been enough. He wasn't selling guns. He was just a big mouth.

This is an area where the law is "unconstitutionally vague."
It just says that if someone is "in the business of buying and selling guns"
they need a dealer's license.
There is no definition of what constitutes "in the business."
All of the meaning of the law is in the interpretation of the law, after the fact.
That vagueness makes the law act as an ex post facto law,
which is expressly forbidden by the Constitution.

By comparison, in Ohio, if one buys or sells more than six vehicles in one year,
they are now a "dealer" and need a car dealer's licence.
The law is clear.  Unlike the federal law about gun dealers.

And if the feds did clarify the law, that would likely ensnare many gun collectors,
who do not make a living buying and selling guns, but just do it as a hobby.

Agree!
As it stands now, without clarification, the ATF is judge, jury and Executioner!

Odds are that most of us will not buy and/or sell six cars in a year, but what if we wanted to? Is this an overreach?

Does the collector selling a few of his classic cars or muscle cars or sports cars or exotic cars need a a license to sell his own property?

I don't know what the law is on this subject in California,
but if Jay Leno was in Ohio, he would probably have to get a dealer's license!

In ca, the vehicle falls out of the system after about a decade of no registration, so they don't demand that you do title search tracing its history like in the old days.
I just unloaded 4 vehicles and the DMV didn't blink. This is Ca, of all places, the greediest state in the Union, so it made no sense at all.
