Choom Gang Hussein strikes again, freeing what are now 872 drug-case inmates. D'you think the Drug Dealers of America will award him the Golden Coke Spoon Award?
QuoteAll told, Obama has cut short sentences for 872 inmates, including 688 this year. The figure is higher than the number commuted by the previous 11 presidents combined, and the White House said more commutations were coming before Obama leaves office in January. Of the latest batch, 42 had been serving life sentences, the White House said.
( . . . ) Almost all the prisoners had been convicted of nonviolent drug crimes — mostly involving cocaine or methamphetamine. Some were also serving time for firearms violations in connection to drug trafficking, possession or sales. Almost all are men who come from every corner of the U.S.
Though Obama granted fewer commutations earlier in his presidency, he's frequently been granting clemency to large groups of individuals this year. Only a few weeks ago, he commuted another 102 sentences of mostly nonviolent drug offenders.

What the hell is a nonviolent drug offender?
If you are in federal prison for dealing drugs you are no street corner loose joint peddler, mandatory minimum sentences of five years are for POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SALE or actually SELLING cocaine, Heroin etc etc, time added for being armed, priors, proximity to schools etc etc.
Since DRUG DISTRIBUTION involves a NETWORK or COOPERATIVE CRIME, you can classify it as ORGANIZED CRIME, that means everybody working as a whole is responsible for the overall crimes, like MURDER, EXTORTION and ARMED ROBBERY, the organization (Routinely) commits, so says RICO and a bunch of other laws.
So no, there is no such thing as a non violent drug distribution network
Many "nonviolent" drug offenders actually DID commit violent crimes.
It's just that the drug possession is the one violation they committed
for which the government could obtain the evidence to convict them.
What will Hillary do? The majority here seems to want her. If you don't vote Trump, you get Hillary. Do you think she will reverse this?

Not entirely accurate. There is also the "three strikes" rule that puts felons in federal prison for minimum sentences. And mere possession of anything stronger than MJ is an automatic felony in most states. That would allow for the existence of non-violent drug offenders.
That said, I'd be willing to bet most of the "non-violent" felons the MF is putting back on our streets were NOT those caught by the three strikes rule. They just happened to not have murdered anyone during the specific drug crime that landed them with the sentence being commuted.
(I'll bet there is also an unusually large contingent who are of a particular skin color....)
That desperate for votes?

If I wanted Hillary, I would have voted for Trump in the primaries. The only daylight Trump supporters have seen has been from a hacker named Guccifer.
Unfortunately, you supported the worst possible choice to defeat Hillary. I'm more interested in preserving what we can, and strategize about playing defense for SCOTUS, both of which have nothing to do with Trump.

I support the
only chance to beat Hillary.
