Im sure this will get swept under the rug by the Trump SuperPAC, the Fox News Channel. You can add another liberal social position that Donnie supports - public bathroom use choice.
Partial birth abortion, government health care, eminent domain, social security, high taxes, gun bans - now using what ever bathroom you "identify" with; what Lib position is next for Donnie to let slip...affirmative action?

Trump Believes Anyone Can Use Any Bathroom They Want Because Its Better For Business
Transgender people should be able to use whatever bathroom they want, Donald Trump said Thursday.
"I will tell you. North Carolina did something that was very strong. And they're paying a big price. There's a lot of problems," the Republican presidential candidate said during a town hall event on NBC's "Today."
"Leave it the way it is right now," Trump said. "Leave it the way it is. North Carolina, what they're going through with all the business that's leaving, all of the strife" he said, referring to companies that have canceled plans to move or expand businesses in the state as a result of the law, which bans transgender individuals from using a bathroom that does not match their gender at birth.
"There have been very few complaints the way it is. People go. They use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate," Trump said. "There has been so little trouble. And the problem with what happened in North Carolina is the strife and -- I mean, the economic punishment that they're taking."
...
Trump added, "You know, there's a big move to create new bathrooms...I think that would be discriminatory in a certain way. That would be unbelievably expensive for businesses in the country. Leave it the way it is."

If Trump thinks it's good for business, he's nuts.

Thats not exactly
Breaking News
Just wait until some whiny tranny sues a restaurant because the ladies room doesn't have a urinal. Great for business
This idea of a third or fourth sex or whatever it is is ridiculous. Humans as well as all other mammals are born one sex or another. There are only two. I don't care if some man calls himself Daisy Mae or Caitlyn. He is a male and should use the men's room. And while Bruce Jenner took female hormones and had implants, he still has the equipment which designates him as a male. There was a character in "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil." He restrained his male equipment with masking tape. I don't know if Jenner does that or not, but I don't want to use a toilet with him whatever.
However if we can be whatever we want to be, I think I'd like to be a pampered poodle.
Someone should ask Donnie if he is then alright with random man sharing a public restroom with Ivanka, or his daughter Whitney whose only 22.

Would he go full "Dukakis" who was asked about his wife being raped?

My goodness, I can see it now...
Moderator: Mr Trump, in a Today Show interview, you stated that you were against the North Carolina bathroom bill and instead said that things should have stayed the same where a person can use the public bathroom of the sex they want to identify with. So Mr Trump, would you be ok if your wife Melania, oldest daughter Ivanka, or youngest daughter Tiffany shared a public restroom with a middle aged man who felt he identified as a female?
Trump: Look, my wife is a beautiful woman. My daughters are very beautiful women. All 3 of them are great great women who...
Moderator: But Mr Trump, would you be alright if your wife or daughters shared a public restroom with a middle aged man who felt he identified as a female?
Trump: Yes, I believe, as I said on the Today Show, that it would be discriminatory to pass something preventing otherwise.

As someone pointed out to me, it should be up to the private business to decide what its policy should be. The public can (and should) show their approval/disapproval with their pocketbooks.
As I understand it, the North Carolina law gives private entities the right to do just that. For Trump to disagree with it just shows his true liberal colors.

Yeah, it should be a business thing, or better yet, having a third bathroom for the sexually confused.

Or like when my children were in swim lessons, have a family (private) bathroom so the kiddo's would have to see 80 year old naked women dressing or undressing in the main bathroom :scared:
If I had my own business, I wouldn't even allow trannies inside. I'd have a Freak Detector installed at the front entrance.
Yeah 'great for business', Ms Billy is not going to eat at any resturaunt where some cross dressing freak who decides he is a woman trapped in a mans body is able to use the stall next to her coz he's wearing a pair of size 11 high heels and a micro mini skirt stretched over his hairy pot gut. I suspect a lot of other ladies would feel the same....talk about being creeped out.

See, now that makes sense...a 3rd bathroom for the sexually confused. That covers all the present and future weirdos who haven't come out of the closet yet...
Well, Trump is already backpedaling and amended his bathroom comments...
Quote"I love North Carolina, and they have a law, and it's a law that, you know, unfortunately is causing them some problems," Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity in an interview Thursday night. "And I fully understand that they want to go through, but they are losing business, and they are having people come out against."
"I think that local communities and states should make the decision," he went on to say. "And I feel very strongly about that. The federal government should not be involved."
"In other words, let the state decide," Hannity responded. "Kind of like your positions on education, give it back to the states."
"Yeah, let them decide," Trump said. "Absolutely."

Does the man have any positions he's not willing to switch? And by who, a talk show host? What if the host was a flaming liberal?
Hell no he doesn't, and that's what's wrong with him.
He's made an absolute mockery out of conservative values. How anyone can TRUST someone so lacking in principals is beyond my comprehension.
Actually, Mr. Trump does have a point here though. Yes, yes, what he said does appear to be liberal.
Until you stop and actually think about it. Ask yourself.
Since when, does government have the right and authority to tell you, which bathroom you can pee in?
I don't see that in the Constitution as an enumerated power of the State. Maybe someone who supports this law, can point it out.
As government both state and federal, in point of fact Constitutionally do not have an enumerated power to tell a citizen which bathroom to use. According to the Constitution that decision Constitutionally rests solely with the people.
In that light, Trump is actually correct. People should be free to both, decide who uses which bathroom in their house/establishment.
But also free to use the bathroom they want to use. As was the case with the whole marriage issue.
Government shouldn't be involving itself in it to start with.

Wrong!!! That wasn't "HIS" point, it was one he was forced to concede, it was not his first choice.
