I have a savings account with Wells Fargo and I'm going to close it, seeing that they are involved in this pilot program. I also hear they are anti-second amendment, which I didn't know before. I am in a small town in NM but I need to hear from all of you what you know about Banks which align with our moral values.
TIA and God bless each of us and this great Nation. 🙏🙏🙏

When we moved to Arizona, we switched banks. My thoughts were a savings and loan, that catared to the Military, as one that would be least likely to fail. I went with Navy Fedrial Credit union. I don't know how they would react to digital.
The feds have devalued our money thru inflation, they are seeking money of some value to replace it..
The banking regulators write the rules for all banks. It wouldn't hurt to have things in reserve that you can trade. I'm staying with Wells Fargo and the rules for all banks are so vast, no-one understands half of their rule book. They closed our favorite branch and moved it many miles away in the worst congested area around. You had better have an escort when you go to that part of town. Things are a complete mess.
With what happened to the truckers in Canada shutting down their bank accounts, now this is happening in Brazil with their protest of their stolen election we might wanna take a good look at Old Glory Bank out of Oklahoma. I'm just getting wind of them so I don't much about them, yet I'm hearing great things about them.
My understand they will NOT shut your bank account if you decide to hint, hint "peacefully" protest against our out of control marxist government.
Well I'll sign off with this...I haven't been posting here at CFP for some time...I'm going to change that and come back home to where I'm most comfortable...with that being said here is the link to Old Glory Bank. check them out.

Thank you Bronx but I'm looking for something I can access locally if and when I have to. I'm thinking of burying it in the desert instead.

Hi Cheryl.
If, and this is a big if, because anything is possible, but if the world switched over to digital currency only, it would be sometime before it could totally dominate, possibly years.
If this were to occur, consider barter, items that would only be found on the black Mkt.
Ammunition will be only found on the black Mkt because the govt will price it out of reach.
For the price of convenience, people will accept this transition, what they don't realize is, the govt will begin making certain products vanish via fees and taxation, to the point of total control, Communism.
So if you have a spot in the desert, EXCELLENT!~!! Buy weaponry, ammunition, freeze dried food, and a container to bury it in.
Do it on the darkest of nights so as to obscure satellites watching you.
If you can, buy an old dump, no one would expect that and it would be dirt cheap, and hard for anyone to find anything amongst all the metal and crap. Like an OLD abandoned mine would be ideal.

Any measure that we can take
can be defeated by a countermeasure by the ruling thugs.
Concerning banking, I would suggest a small, local bank,
if any of those still exist.
But if you plan to travel, that might not be of much use.
Concerning guns and ammunition,
it would be best if you can buy them from individuals,
not through licensed gun dealers.
Buying ammunition and gun accessories online
could start becoming hard to do.
Credit card processors might refuse to do business with
ammo and accessory vendors.
Shippers like UPS could start refusing to handle such merch.
If you're going to hide things by burying them,
you'll need some sort of watertight, corrosion proof container.
You would also need to put cloth or paper bags of desiccant inside
to absorb moisture.
Burying things at night would not do much to hide your activity.
Spy satellites can see infrared.
A better cover would be cloudy weather.
And it has to be a pretty heavy overcast.
Satellites can see through some fairly heavy clouds.
Satellites can also see where ground has been disturbed, and where it hasn't.
So, hiding provisions under an actual garden might be a good idea.
Hiding things in a junkyard seems pretty logical.
But the EPA might decide they need to clean up all those old sites.
Burying things behind the barn, and parking an old car over it
might be one way to hide things.
Anything we can do can be countered by the ruling thugs.
It wouldn't surprise me if the gov't had people reading prepper websites,
looking for survival tips, so they can defeat them.
I still advocate doing what you can
to prepare for potential future hardships.

Put your loot that you want to keep near a metal something. (metal detectors)
