You read that right, the Marxist Insurrectionist left just used the 14th Amendment that was written to keep them out of office over slavery and sedition, protecting the rights of citizens, is now being applied against Trump.
Yep, up is down, good is evil. But not that what they do really matters, because no matter how much they attack him, it only enrages the base all the more.

The very reason we have a 14th was in effort to keep these radical Fascists out of power.
And guess what they just did in Colorado? The very thing they just accused Trump of doing, they tried to take away his god Given rights in our society.
That is the literal definition of Democracy, where the majority impugns the minority.

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

These Commies have filed legal challenges in several US states citing the "insurrection" clause of the 14th Amendment. It says that a person cannot run for elected office if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the US Constitution after taking an oath to support it, and was specifically created to prevent the defeated Confederates from returning to elected office after the 1861-65 conflict over secession and slavery. Yet here we are. The very party that brought you slavery is back in power!

I sense the left has gone over the line with this ruling. It is so outrageous it will give the leftists on the SC an opportunity to fish slap the Colorado court.

Our SCOTUS already stated the presidency is exempt from the vague ban in the 14th Amendment.
Yet Colorado ignored them for whatever reason, and now they need to pay the ultimate price.

I just know this, we better see GOP Procedures under way to Impeach state supreme court justices in Colorado by weeks end, or they're in on it.

If I were a resident of Colorado who planned to vote for Trump, I would get together with other Trump voters in that State and file a class action suit against the State over violation of my civil rights and voter suppression. That said I see this as a ploy to make Trump exhaust more legal fees and divert from the campaign trail.

Trump must be winning hugely in the polls in that state by double digits for these Marxists to pull this desperate act
