How is it when you are for something, you are automatically against the obverse?

Here is what Cathy said, and the left paints him as anti gay.
Which by the way, will backfire on them in a huge way today.

Chick-Fil-A chief executive officer Dan Cathy is quoted in the July 16 Baptist Press article: "We are very much supportive of the family — the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that."

Chick-Fil-A is usually the busiest food outlet in the food court, but today was bigger than anything I've ever seen. The line never got fully contained within the cordoned-off maze set for it, and at its peak it stretched well past the tables into the mall itself.

One thing that stuck out for me was the diversity of the customers. There were young mothers with their children, elderly couples, teens and young adults, families, and people on their lunch break. There were people of all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

When I thought about how horribly the attack on Chick-Fil-A bacfired, I darn near burst out laughing. 

Sort of gives you the feeling that the activist gay agenda is no where near as popular as the media would have you believe it is, doesn't it..

We all know the Libs are stupid and petty....but we also now know they are anti commerce and anti business. This who rediculous episode over chick Fil A proves how far gone the Libs are.

You would think in our faltering economy that any fast food joint that employes people (minorities and gays included) the City fathers would welcome such tax generating private industry....but know...now you have to be absolutely politically correct or else we are gonna destroy your business and put people out of work. How Brilliant is that?

These "boycotts" are intended to do just that. Some cities have gone so far as to "deny" expansion of proposed chain resturaunt...the geniuses of Wash DC, Boston and a few other cities.

If I were CEO I couldn't wait until someone denied me a permit for a new resturaunt because "I supported marriage"...I'd sue the already broke city and cause them more financial headaches for their stupidity.

In the end...all these clowns are doing ids giving Chick Fil A more publicity and helping them sell more chicken, which is great...too bad they are a private company and NOT on the stock exchange...their stock would be going up a few ticks just on the exposure alone.

At the end of the day its a business, its free enterprise and it provides jobs to the constituency and tax revenue why would any Mayor or civic "leader" want to destroy or discourage free enterprise in his/her jurisdiction?


Is this "boycott" going to extend to other businesses or industries now that the Democrapic party has adopted equal rights for gays as their platform?
