Title: Business Sue Seattle Over CHOPS
Post by: Solar on June 25, 2020, 06:24:11 AM
DEVELOPING: More than a dozen businesses inside CHOP zone, on Seattle's Capitol Hill, file 56-page class action lawsuit against the City of Seattle. They're seeking unspecified damages, to be determined at trial.

Now I'm not a lawyer but IMO when plaintiffs are seeking "damages, to be determined at trial" they want the trial to reveal the truth of the matter. The plaintiffs want names to be named otherwise they can settle out of court for the same monetary value of the damages or even higher.

Interesting that the plaintiffs want "damages, to be determined at trial". Just think the monetary value could be way above the juries awardment by settling out of court just so the names and failures of what happened doesn't have to be on record.

The outcome of this is going to be very interesting unless a Clinton or Obama appointed judge doesn't throw the case out first.

This is probably what the Leftists are assuming, that their supporters in the judiciary will get them off the hook. Of course, this may not work since so many in the public are tired of their crap.
