During the last two years of the Obama administration, some unusual purchases were made. Large quantities of ammunition were purchased, as were firearms, mostly for somewhat obscure agencies or agencies with no real need for such weaponry. Estimates are that over 1 billion rounds of ammunition were ordered, which resulted in making ammunition scarce for the normal civilian market." (bold emphasis added)
Have the 'obscure agencies' making those purchases been inventoried?
The author of this article notes, in light of Obama's campaign talk calling for a civilian force with military-equivalent weaponry, it's high time that inventory be performed.
(There are videos of a Seattle Antifa leader handing out new AR-15's...coincidental?)
Curious, no? And, then there's this...

I remember it was rumored that the obama gov. was going to buy up all the handgun ammo. They didn't. I guarantee they didn't. My wife can tell you the government did not buy up all the ammo. In fact, after moving, I can tell you they left plenty, maybe even too much for us to buy. Funny how you never know how much of something you have until you have to move it.  Yeah, but I do remember the shortages that were caused. Good excuse to make sure the next shortage will not affect you. Just remember, that stuff is heavy.
My guess would be those guns N Ammo ended up in some Jhadi terrorists cache just like all the trucks that showed up in ISIS-land bought at auction in the USA
Trump recently referenced this when talking about CHAZ, said he has at his disposal several well armed agencies at the ready, all plainclothes thanks to the previous administration.
I can only assume they are one in the same..
