According to a news source yesterday they are already happening and have been.  I hate to be too cynical but I often wonder if Trump and his administration are just playing magician, a kinda look behind the curtain announcement while nothing really changes.

Trump is always playing the media. I would think he made the announcement to get the MSM's attention. Once again, it worked.

He has since day one. That's how he was able to steal the narrative from the left, Hell, and they own the media. Pure Genius.

So ICE is doing their job. Why is this a suprise to anyone?

The surprise will be when the dims are forced to come back to the negotiating table. I'm guessing there will be some wall $ in exchange for slowing ice down, watch Trump speed ice up.

I don't think they are going to happen. The warning the illegals received will send them to safe places for the weekend. ICE will probably wait until they return home and then catch them leaving the house or work. Especially since Pelosi and HIllary instructed them not to open the doors.

If they don't open the door the the door will be opened by ICE. Law enforcement has the authority to arrest criminals.

There is a decided strategey in Law Enforcement to release "information" in order to get the bad guys moving around, then sit back and watch them, that way you find even more stash houses , safe houses and they end up leading you to people places and things you previously didn't know

This how you use the press to your advantage, this is a strategy i used several times myself back in the day working major crimes and RICO cases.

I strongly suspect that these raids are going to target horrendous criminals like ms 13 and the various cartels remember these people already have deportation orders so they must have done something reallly bad to earn that.

The other thing is Sunday is "Family Day" for the illegals when they all get together to party, drink carouse etc the bad guys play soccer, stage cockfightig tournaments, dog fighting whatever, ever wonder why these fights, stabbings and shootings break out at soccer games?...(Sunday)....rival gangs playing each other

The other aspect is they will self deport. The last time we did this, we only physically deport a small percentage, the rest left on their own. It is easier on the treasury.

I'll only get hyped if the Trump administration, starts arresting any local or state officials who attempt to interfere with the deportations.
