Wattaya think....?
I thought he came across as being plausible and credible, not the racist monster he is painted to be.

Sorry Billy, don't do T V.
Not even Fox????

I'm with Walks...
There has been too much sensationalization of this case and I believe it is just as bad for the defendant to do interviews as it is for the prosecution to do them. Don't try the case in the court of public opinion, save it for the courtroom.
I think it would be just a loathsome for a defendant to "get-off" due to "spin" as it would for him/her to be convicted because of it. Let the courts and their lawyers do their job. Any news stories should confine themselves to "Just the facts, maam"!

No T V for the last 10 years. If I want man made entertainment, I watch DVD or VCR's.
I was going to get satellite for the election, but the sales pitch states $19.99 per month for a year, but the contract says after a year it price jumps to $69.99 per month and you have to sign for two years.
Screw that shit, I'll just go down to the city, park outside some gay bar and watch all the crying when the news breaks Hussein lost in a landslide.
That should be quite entertaining.

I was watching the 2nd broadcast as you posted....I thought he did well...soft spoken and articulate...hardly
stereotypical of a supposed racist (although, in reality, they do come in all colors and in varied states of mental adroitness). He wasn't one that people would immediately categorize as a knuckle-dragging, low-browed brute...which, at least, won't work against him.
I did not watch but caught the comment on the Internet that that night was in God's plan. Don't know what the context of that comment was but on the surface I find that ignorant, arrogant and insensitive to the Martin family.
I didn't take it that way...it was more along the lines of what happened, however unfortunate, was God's will.
Such sentiment smacks a bit too much of predestination for my tastes, but many fundamentalists would agree with him.
Of course, the Godless left will exploit it as either an excuse or the rantings of a voice-hearing fanatic.

Very little Fox for me and certainly no Handytittie.
I only say a few highlights of the interview. I can't believe his defense attorney allowed him to do that interview before the trial.

I was thinking the same thing. It seems crazy. Anything he says,
can and will be used against him. You know damned well that the prosecutor will have a transcript of these interviews, and will be looking for discrepancies in his story.
Exactly........
