"In America, we have a long tradition of not doing what is commonly
done in too many other countries -- criminalizing dissent through
the selective enforcement of the law..." Behave or ELSE...
"Everything must have a purpose?" asked God. "Certainly," said man. "Then I leave it to you to think of one for all this," said God. And He went away.

Just as the hapless filmmaker who was blamed for the Benghazi massacre was jailed for a minor parole violation, (Hew was slupposed to stay away from computers) so is this filmmaker being prosecuted for what appears to be a minor offense.  "The future does not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."  Apparently, the future also does not belong to those who criticize Obama.

It only gets worse....

Conservative activist O'Keefe claims Cuomo targeting his group

I love that Project Veritas is moving out of NY and into NJ.  Let New Jersey have the income tax, etc.

We just keep letting Obama do it, and then cry that he does it.  It's our damned fault.  Of course it's Boehner and Christie and McConnell and Alexander at the top, but the rest of us are just sitting around moaning and not doing anything, too.

There's got to be a lawsuit or legal action that pits the attack on guys like Desouza and Christie and Walker, against the announced non-enforcement of various laws, and the complete failure to take action against documented crimes of Lerner, Subelius, Gheithner, Holder, etc.

But nobody's doing anything, and a country full of Neville Chamberlains just watches Obama grow like Hitler, like it's a damned TV show or something.

We deserve what we get.

You can't get any more explicit than Cuomo's declaration, and Obama's declaration that he'll rewrite America with or without Congress, Senate, or the SC.

But yet we stand there looking at our skates while our teammate gets beat up.

If you can tell me what I can do, other than what I am doing, to rectify the situation, kindly do so.  I vote in every election, never for a liberal, I sign petitions, I contact my Congressman and Senators. I submit posts to the internet outlining my thoughts on Obama, et al.  I do not have the funds and probably not the standing to file lawsuits against the government but with the courts being packed with liberals I would stand little chance of winning anyway.
So tell me what else I can do which is legal and effective.  Thank you.

Takes a willingness to go to jail... and 100% devotion of time and resources.  I'm talking about mass obstructionism and destruction of property.

There was a guy back-when, who tied himself to his insurance-agent with dynamite-and-wire, because he'd been ripped-off.  He was on the street holding the detonator, yelling:  " I'm a god-damned American hero! "  Cops talked him out-of-it, but I remember the look in the guy's eyes and the tenor of his voice.

That's the commitment it takes.  The Founding Fathers did everything they could think of to channel voters' commitments into a representative form of government.  I will cede that they didn't plan on a putz like obama being voted-in, however.

Of course, the same DOJ fool who went light on Marc Rich is now the one backing a concentrated campaign of harrasment against conservatives.

Secret investigations targeted coincidently at most prominent conservative groups in WI who can only now legally talk about their harassment. If you want to see what American fascism would look like, well this is it.

I'm not about to join an armed insurrection.  I will not kill my fellow citizens and that is what it would come to.  To do that is worse than what Obama is doing to the country.

I guess I'm talking a little more global than me & you & a dog named Boo......

The thinktanks, the state organizations, the media guys......that's where we seem to not even bother as a single unit that shares beliefs.

The libs & progs are frantically filing lawsuits, assaulting the schools and churches and town halls,  and marching in the streets and happily acting the fool, loudly & proudly, as OWS or CodePink or ActUp or ACORN or SEIU or PETA etc etc etc.  Throw in MSM and Hollywood.

We have ZERO of this, and it's why we're getting our clocks cleaned.

What you describe is classic conservative........I work 60 hours a week, go to church, volunteer, spend another 30 hours with family in various fun things, pay taxes, etc etc etc....none of which most of the libs-progs do.

And yet.....it gets our asses kicked and we WILL lose this cultural war in about 5 years, if Hillary carries the torch for marxism and race-class pimping.

We've got to abide by a new paradigm, and it's not a massive shift.  Just start fighting fire with fire.

We LET them win by always being too lazy, genteel, and busy living properly.

It's just like the old crotch kick.  WE know it's filthy, pussified and low rent.  All they know is that we never do it, and they win 95% of the time, with it.

Whatever the level, the few media guys that we do have, the few TP guys that we do have, the few capitalist-constitutional guys that we do have, and our ability to support / re-create these things at our level........that's the only hope.  We can't just stay busy doing "the right thing" 24/7.....we've got to double down on the shitty, just like those SOB's.

Otherwise, why waste our time commiserating  ?  It's just empty blow.

I agree, but what we need to do that's just one level removed, is to commit to being nasty, shitty, rotten people on the level of those who are dismantling the America of the founders.

That's not rocket science, nor murder of our fellow citizens.

It's just the only thing left before oblivion, and the only alternative to ass-kissing, whining, genteel, too-busy-being-proper losers.

America exists solely because others were willing to take up those same arms and do just that, to  create the country Obama works 24/7/365 to destroy. Either submit and live on your knees or stand and fight for what is yours. It really is that simple.
