He's been caught. GOOD. Has a record a block long with two assaults just recently...so why is he not in jail before this?? I"m sure he'll be out within 24 hours.

Why arrest anybody in NYC? He would just be released. How smart.
What a dumbass. Glad he's been arrested. He's obviously got psychological issues. Regular people don't do these things.

He's 31 years old and was arrested over 100 times....should the police respond or a social worker....?

Maybe if he had psychological help one as a youth he wouldn't be a crazy person now.
Put him in a room for a while with someone who can put him down. Let him get more than what he did to the bystander. Revive him seven times before he's knocked out again. Let him know that he's going to get worse than he dishes out.
Inhumane? Yeah - what he did to that lady is inhumane.

That may be the case. Maybe he didn't have enough sessions. Or maybe he's irredeemable. If the quality of education is any indication then I hardly think that any school counselling is going to be any better. Public gov't schools seem to be able to turn out psychos without the help of school counsellors. That's the problem with our youth. Their professors are gonna reap it one day. LOL
