That's a tough one. At least the guy waited till the robbers back was turned before attacking, but that robbers weapon was trained right on the lady with her hands up when the old guy attacked. That could've been really bad. 

On one hand Im glad the old dude handled business, on the other, I can see how that was a bad idea.   

Glad only the robbers were shot.

Turning your back doesn't excuse your crime.  It's a shame the two guys weren't killed.

I never said it did. But it would've been really bad had that robber pulled the trigger when He was attacked. His weapon was directly on the woman with her hand up when the old man came at him.

You're right.  The old man should have not done anything, everyone should have kept their hands up and hoped they weren't going to get shot.  That worked great at Virginia Tech.

I'm a thinker, not a drone, and I always step far out of the box.  Considering the feelings of the criminals is insane, and lives were saved.  Only a lib, like yourself, would have an issue with that.

I guess the victims should have asked the gunmen to sit down and asked them what their intentions were.... maybe buy them a latte.

This was the right thing to do.  The old man saved those people.  The gunmen didn't count on an old man shooting at them.  Funny how that works.

Sure.  The guy could have not shot at them and the criminals could have hurt those people.  You give criminals too much credit, and allow them to take over our society.  Most of them are cowards, hurting others and causing pain they themselves fear.  They had shotguns and the old man had a pea shooter and chased them out.
