Washington DC Wants to Pay Criminals if They Can Avoid Arrest

I'm not making this up. Neither is Fox News. I saw this while perusing the Fox website:

Extortion is another name for paying criminals not to commit crimes, you pay up and they don;t firebomb your store, throw acid in your daughters face or break your legs with a tire iron.

And within a year they will be marching in the streets demanding more money to not commit crime. A living wage!

Then we have to pay to feed and house and cloth them. Plus provide medical for them as well.

See if we changed things, and went back to the way things used to be. When your family and friends had to provide that or you simply went without. Not only would we save money, but there'd be far far less recidivism.

You can commit greater crimes at greater pay and all you need do is run for reelection. We the prisoners are paying for that velvet prison they're in.
