This is why most women do NOT belong in political positions of power. Noem was easily led astray on this....she can be led astray on matters of national importance if we allow her in such a position.

I always heard that "if women where in charge, there would be no wars". It sounds like they wouldn't even stand up during negotiations. They would just allow the country to get overrun.

Republican governors in 18 states have yet to issue a mask mandate: Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Alaska.
I have heard both sides of the issue. A similar bill was passed and signed in Idaho. Before the ink dried the ACLU was in court and got an injunction. That Idaho bill is now dead in the water. The problem has to do with high school sports and college, NCAA, sports.
Due to the immediate legal challenge the bills have to be perfect legally. And then there is the NCAA which will not hold any games in that state. South Dakota has a big second division college sports, the NCAA could cause a lot of problems for those athletes.
Major league baseball is now going to move the All Star(?) game from that state to somewhere else due to the recent voting reform bill. And North Carolina lost NCAA sports after the bathroom bill.
So I see both sides. Stand up for what's right, and you bankrupt the state in legal fees plus your home athletes get screwed. And let's not forget, Chairman Xiden and Satan's whore would join the lawsuit against the state with unlimited money to bankrupt the state.
It's like when ever President Trump tried to do something, some liberal judge placed an injunction on it.
So, do you risk the legal fees on a case with legal issues? I wish I could remember all the legal challenges the lawyer said was in the current bill, but he did say it was a trail lawyers dream/retirement fund.
So who knows, it's above my pay grade. But I can fully understand the bullshit of allowing men to compete against the women. Maybe they could pass a bill that would place a marker by a males gravestone that read; "here lies a little pussy boy that could only compete against girls". ???
South Carolina is considering a similar bill, will likely get the same "treatment" from the lawyers...

Thats not correct at all. Just one example is Arizona. In fact, it was posted yesterday that Ducey just lifted the face diaper mandate.
