QuoteA federal court has dealt a significant blow to the Biden administration's leftist medical agenda, sparing Christian doctors and religious hospitals from being forced to perform sex change mutilations and abortions in violation of their conscience and better judgment.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit agreed with a district court's opinion that the Obamacare mandate requiring facilitation of sex changes posed "irreparable harm" to the plaintiffs' "exercise of religion."
This could have gone in the other thread which is dealing with the same issues, but I did not want it to get lost in a thread where one of the posters is just spinning in circles acting like he can not see what the reasoning is. So much of what we have been posting lately shows we are winning, we should not lose sight of that.

This satanism is coming to an end and America can finally be free again.
The courts got it right, but it has nothing specifically to do with religion. Businesses should be able to decide what services they offer. Period.

Unfortunately, what the courts decide has more weight than your feelings. Second, what in the sam hell do you mean that this has nothing to do with religion??

ORAre you implying that a Dr. or hospital should be able to discriminate whoever they want, say because of skin color? Zen this proves you are a damn liberal, every liberal I have know has been raciest.

I understand that this ruling was based on religion, which is fine. Very religious people often make decisions based on their religious beliefs. I'm sure Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc all make decisions based on their religious beliefs. If they happen to be a business owner, it seems reasonable that their religious beliefs could impact how they run their business. However, there's nothing inherently special about beliefs that come from religion versus beliefs that come from anything else.

any doctor that refused to help someone based on religion, race or any other discriminatory factor, would lose their license. But, I'm not talking about discrimination. I'm talking about the right of a business, like a hospital, to decide what services they offer. If the most atheist hospital in the country decided they didn't want to offer gender transition services, that should absolutely be there right to not offer it.

It has everything to do with religion. Religion gets valued above non religion in America. Its what makes us great.
Countries founded on atheism, like communist china and russia, or hitlers germany, always lead to mass death and suffering.
Counties founded on religion, like America, lead to a superior nation to all others and the best quality of life in human history.

You are forgetting that with obamacare and all the govt oversite of the health industry that it is basically an extension of govt at this point and the constitutions restrictions on govt apply. Dont like it? Get the govt out of healthcare.
Just like with twitter, get the govt involved enough and the constitutional restrictions kick in.
