Never mind the Trump-slamming; read the last third of the article. I am flabbergasted if that data is correct.

Flabbergasted because why?

All you have to do is watch those man-on-the-street interviews to know just how uninformed and stupid half of the voters are, if they even show up to vote.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

From 2008. The women's votes put Obama into office. The cartoon is gender-accurate.

Ya know, it's exceedingly hard to be an informed voter nowday's too.

Why do I say that, because of what happened here this recent past election.

I walk in, expecting to find three issues on the ballot.

But surprise, there was more than just the three I was aware of from the news. The thing that irked me the most though, was there was nothing about these "issues" in the local news, They didn't even have information listed about them, on the county board of elections website. And what was even worse, is that these things were written in such a convoluted way, it wasn't clear what it was exactly a person was voting for or against.

So I did the safe thing and voted no on everything! LOL
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Don't they send you a sample ballot?  I study mine when it comes in the mail.
I have the worst problem with Judges.  I don't know one from the other, and it's next to impossible to find out anything about them.

I understand what you mean about the wording.  It is confusing.

We always get a little booklet thing with all the ballot measures in it and each one will have a brief statement for and against it to help make it easy to figure out the language.

The double and triple negatives can really be baffling sometimes.

Luckily, we don't vote for judges.

Judges are tough and require some work. We do receive a booklet that provides a bio on each. Usually, I can determine the conservatives from their previous experiences. When I see one who lists work for unions it allows me to eliminate them.

Vote no on incumbent judges. Vote no often.

They're appointed by the executive and confirmed by the legislature, like federal judges.

Now that I did not know.  Are there other states out there like that?

It's all over the place.  Some states only elect, some only appoint, some do a combination depending on what kind of judge.  Some states nominate for the first term and then need to be re-elected after that.
