State Department officials removed files from the secretary's office related to the Benghazi attack in Libya and transferred them to another department after receiving a congressional subpoena last spring, delaying the release of the records to Congress for over a year.

Attorneys for the State Department said the electronic folders, which contain hundreds of documents related to the Benghazi attack and Libya, were belatedly rediscovered at the end of last year.

They said the files had been overlooked by State Department officials because the executive secretary's office transferred them to another department and flagged them for archiving last April, shortly after receiving a subpoena from the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

Send them to a REAL prison, not Camp Cupcake. You put that hag in ankle-bracelets tied to a cannonball, get her on a rock-pile makin' gravel, and she'd sing four-part harmony by lunchtime.

Beggin for hot sauce to cool her down in that butt kicking cold in Alaska.

I haven't been on a jury in a while. When does the jury selection begin....?

I'm so lucky, never had to serve jury duty. Been lucky enough to never get called so far. LOL

That said, supposing Clinton were charged over the emails for example. How do we empanel a jury of her peers?

A panel of her peers, twelve libs. is never going to vote to convict her.

If HilLIARy is supposed to be judged by a jury of her peers,

how are we going to get demons to serve on a jury?

First week of June oughta be the equivalent of the October Surprise. Photos of Shrill and Bubba eating dead babies on Lolita Island while mainlining heroin into one arm and fentanyl into the other, maybe. Shrill and Huma, maybe, or Bubba and...wait, I mentioned Lolita Island....

Hahaha. The reason I bring that up though, is because this is believe it or not a serious issue.

IF she is charged, not being able to find a fair and impartial jury due to all the news coverage, will be used by her defense team to try to get it thrown out.

It's bad enough to me, that she's still walking around free right now. And not in a prison cell where anyone of us who did the same would be.

But, if she is ever charged. And all three Trump or Cruz, and Kasich have said if the evidence of illegality is there (which it is) she would be prosecuted by their DOJ, if they win.

You can bet her attorneys are going to try to use that as a means to get her off.

I personally would hate to see her get off scot free over that. When there's several other citizens out there, who are doing/did time in prison.

Had their personal lives and reputations destroyed.

For less. Just ask former General David Petraeus.
