They should only leave the Republican Party as a last resort.  If the mainstream republicans are successful in getting another poliltically correct/liberal/moderate to head the ticket...then and only then should the republican party be abandoned.

I understand all too well the different views of the tea partiers....that is why I suggest they need to hold a big pow...come to an agreement on a set of principles aka a manifesto they can present to the American People...in other words an agreement on what they support...and if they want to be a winner in the next Presidential Election they best make it clear they support The White Working Class..

I think they should continue to focus on the simple and dead on accurate point that our government is taxing and spending too much money and not go off on all the tangents you want them to waste their time on.  They have the biggest issue we face as a country down pat, we are taxing and spending too much.  That's what they need to continue to focus on.

So out of curiosity, are you a Democrat or an establishment Republican?  You certainly have liberal stereotypes and lack of in depth understanding down to a ... Tee ...

I have no idea what you are talking about.  I will just say this for the record....I am not a democrat nor a establishment republican....I am a True Conservative.

Well, that's a good thing because if you were here for that, then you'd have wasted your time here.

You do not understand why they lost last time and why they will lose again if another similar type candidate is foisted on the Republican Party.

You are wasting my time unless you can come to understand two things....why they lost last time....and what they need to do to win this time.

You're a "true conservative" who thinks the tea party should stop focusing on taxes and spending because only rich people care about that.  LOL.  Thanks for clearing that up, I get it now...

You are stuck on being argumentative and thus cannot see the forrest for the trees.

I am not here to win debating points ...merely attempting  to try and help clarify a lot of muddled minds.

What we need is clear thinking....tooooo many are toooo impressed with their own agendas to understand the big picture.

Then go away, educate yourself then come back. You have less political knowledge than bowl of pudding. You do not know what the Tea Party is, what it stands for, what it's priorities are or what has accomplished. Not to mention you continue to contradict yourself.

That doesn't understand conservatism.

Awesome...

Thanks for making me aware of that, I'd certainly hate to waste your time.

Republicans lost last time because they are trying to win as the Democrat lite party.  The problem with that is that socialists don't want the lite version, they want the full calories and fat of actual socialism.  And non-socialists don't want socialist or socialist lite, we want non-socialist.  So Republicans have no true constituency who give a rip about them.

Those who are hung up on the mantra of "Smaller Government and lower taxes" are primarily an elitist group....and cannot see that much more than that needs to be done to put America back on track.

Keep running with that slogan and see where it gets you.

So more taxes and more government is better.

Brilliant.

My what a defeatist you are.....you have essentially given up and probably have no interest...or I suppose more accurately...you have no faith in anyone who tries to explain to you how the Republicans could be victorious next time.

He swings, whiff!  Missed the point again.

My point was that you're not a conservative.  It's ironic in showing me wrong that proved me right.  You're a hoot, my friend, keep up the good work.

No Republican has explained it to him.

That would be a good argument if I were a Republican...
