She plays both sides of the fence. She pleases the green crowd and alienates labor unions but then offers them a carrot. And the dupes will fall for it.
"Hillary Clinton said Tuesday that she opposes construction of the Keystone XL oil sands pipeline, an announcement that ends years of declining to weigh in on the controversial project that environmentalists are battling hard to defeat.
Clinton's comments came just as most of Washington's attention was turned to the arrival of Pope Francis in D.C. According to a copy of her remarks provided by the presidential campaign, Clinton said, "I think it is imperative that we look at the Keystone Pipeline as what I believe it is—a distraction from the important work we have to do to combat climate change, and unfortunately, from my perspective, one that interferes with our ability to move forward to deal with all the other issues. Therefore, I oppose it."
The revelation of her position in Iowa will likely help the Democratic White House candidate corral support among green activists, but the project is supported by a large number of labor unions, another key part of the Democratic base. Speaking to jobs specifically Tuesday, Clinton said she wants to implement a policy that'd "put thousands of Americans to work" fixing old, leaky pipelines and repairing railcars, rail beds, and rail tracks that currently transport oil. She said there are "a lot more jobs, from my perspective, on a North American clean energy agenda than you would ever get from one pipeline crossing the border."

The endless BS artist will say anything to ensure support in her quest for the WH. Anyone that believes her is an idiot.

They are more than idiots. They are dangerous idiots. Why do I say that? I say that because of the very real threat a Hillary Clinton Presidency would pose to our Republic.
Obama's already done massive damage to everything from individual Constitutional rights, to the very concept of the rule of law.
Four to eight more years of that sort of governance is a scary thought indeed. Or well it should be to anyone with as little as two functioning brain cells to rub together.
Hillary isn;t going to win any vote by blocking the pipeline....the unions are hoping for it, I really hope the unions throw in for the Pubs this time around, just like Reagan.

1) There are a lot more jobs in a clean energy agenda than in a pipeline
the same way that there are more jobs in digging with shovels than in using bulldozers.
2) Shipping oil by rail will
always be dirtier and more hazardous than shipping oil by pipeline,
no matter how well-maintained the railways are.
3) The
real reason Dems oppose the Keystone XL pipeline is:
the railway currently used to transport oil, BNSF, is owned by none other than: George Soros!
This carefully crafted statement from Hillary packs a lot of important messages to her masters.
It makes clear that she will increase the pork barrel spending even more
(at
our expense, both as taxpayers and as consumers!)
to both the unions
and the environmentalist radicals!
Work harder, get less. Vote Democrat.

So are you saying George Soros is Warren Buffett? Warren Buffett owns the BNSF Railway Co. paying $34 billion for it. Or did I fall a sleep sometime?
There is some filthy rich white leftist envoro- loon who donates tons of Money to the Dems and especially Obamao (probably backing Hillary now) who has made stopping the XL pipeline his mission in life....can't remember his name but he lives in the midwest somewhere within spitting distance of one of the proposed routes.

You're right. It's Warren Buffet - a radical leftist clone of George Soros.
Here are a few more radical left billionaires:
Peter Lewis - owns the controlling share of Progressive Insurance.
Tom Steyer - a radical left billionaire environmentalist
