See that's what happens when you get greedy and don't kick up 10% to the big guy.

One of Obama's Top Advisors Arrested For Stealing a Boat Load of Money From Needy Kids

Seth Andrew, a former top White House advisor to Barack Obama, was arrested recently on charges related to him allegedly stealing $218,005 from a charter school network he founded.

U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York stated that Andrew has been charged with wire fraud, money laundering, and giving false statements to a financial institution, according to CNBC. Andrew, who is due to appear in court later today, helped create Democracy Prep Public Schools, which operated schools in Harlem in New York City, and in Camden, New Jersey.

"As alleged, Seth Andrew abused his position as a founder of a charter school network to steal from the very same schools he helped create," U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a statement. "Andrew is not only alleged to have stolen the schools' money but also to have used the stolen funds to obtain a savings on a mortgage for a multimillion-dollar Manhattan apartment."

The Clintons are outraged.
"Stealing money from disaster victims? That's OUR racket!"

There's a federal statute that makes this illegal.
It's called "inurement."
It's when someone operates a "charitable" foundation
actually for the purpose of private profit.

To get a conviction on this charge,
there is no need to prove that there was any fraud in the bookkeeping.
All the evidence that's needed is to show that
whoever is operating the foundation is receiving money from it
in amounts that substantially exceed what a normal salary would be.
