Well I'll be damned! Welcome to the real world! Oh, and it's all about "Feelings".
I'll translate the leftist take: Two out of three women had no issues during their time in the air force.
But note, they never defined "sexual harassment". :sneaky:

One out of every three women in the Air Force or Space Force who responded to a wide-ranging inspector general investigation reported experiencing sexual harassment during their military career, according to a report released Thursday. (so one day in possible decades, they "Felt Harrassed"?

The report is the second Air Force deep dive into years' worth of disciplinary, promotion, and retention data of its minority airmen and Guardians, as part of a servicewide look at race and gender inequality in its ranks. Conclusions are based on more than 100,000 survey responses from airmen and Guardians, and follow-up discussion sessions across the force.

"1 out of every 3 female military respondents and 1 out of every 4 female civilian respondents stated they experienced sexual harassment during their Air Force career," the Air Force Inspector General found.

"For women, the most serious identified type of harassment was sexual jokes that make them feel uncomfortable, followed by repeated attempts to establish an unwanted sexual or romantic relationship and sexual comments about their appearance or body," the report found. "Women reported the most common negative responses to a sexual harassment complaint was being treated worse or being blamed by coworkers (43%) and being encouraged to drop the issue (38%). Approximately 22% of women were satisfied with the complaint process overall."

THGgere's more bullshit if you want to read it.

You could probably say that about all women, not just those in the military. That is a very loose definition of harassment.

Yep, it was a stupid article that belonged in the MSM "expose commies section".
The site it came from is the literal interpretation of the leftist message.
I love exposing the assholes!

Ya its more semantic word games. They change the definition to be ridiculously broad in order to create a problem where one doesnt exist.

I began my career in 1965 and off color jokes were normal workplace conversation. It was probably inappropriate, but the ladies rolled with the punches. It began to change in the 70's and I remember our first training on this in the 80's.

As these changes evolved some females learned that "sexual harassment" could be a tool. I had one agent in MS in the 80's who was not doing her job. She had previously had a successful complaint against a colleague. My boss and I knew she needed to be terminated but we knew she knew "the game" and I advised him she must have a female manager to remove that card from her deck. We made the change.

After my boss retired, my new boss came to me and asked why this person was in the other manager's market as it was not aligned from a geography standpoint. That is an example of learning the territory.

When I was in the infantry they still didnt allow women, thank God, so I didnt normally need to deal with any females while dealing with all the other shit you have to deal with while in the military. There were some Poog females in other units but they were known whores who we all avoided. Sure enough every time the unit was set to deploy there was a rash of new pregnancies in order to get out of it. It was a running joke that they were physically equal to the male soldiers. Women have no place in combat roles and Im so glad Im not in the woke military today.

When I was a civilian employee of the Air Force,
they held sexual harassment training (this was around 1990).

They emphasized the point that,
the existence of sexual harassment is based ENTIRELY
on the feelings of the "victim"
NOT on any kind of objective standard of behavior.
