New York businesses face hefty penalties for 'misgendering' customers

By Bradford Richardson - The Washington Times - Wednesday, May 18, 2016
Greeting customers as "Mr." or "Mrs." — or even not using the pronoun "ze" or "zir" — could prove costly for New York City businesses under rules drafted by Mayor Bill de Blasio's bureaucrats.

The Gotham mayor's Commission on Human Rights says entities that fail to address customers by their preferred gender pronouns and titles are in violation of the law and could be subject to penalties of up to $250,000.

The madness continues for the leftist loons! Thankfully I'll never have to set foot in the lunatic city.

de Blasio is working hard to become Hillary's VP choice.

It'll just be a nonsensical slew of unenforceable, unsubstantiated 'it' said/'it' said cases (he said/she said).  There's no precedent for NY-prosecutors to draw from.

I think it's still illegal to use goldfish as bait, when fishing in the State.  That'll be where this law ends-up...
archaic laws still on-the-books.

Don't NYC-panhandlers still need a license?  Here's the IdiotLaws-site.  Just click any State to see what's still technically illegal:

The should turn NYC into a nuclear waste site.

de Basio's boycott Chik-fil-A movement is a miserable failure just like his total administration.

That's what I was wondering too.  How is anyone, especially the way some clowns like to dress these days, how are you supposed to know how someone likes to be addressed?

I guess we're all supposed to be mind readers.

This is beyond mind boggling stupid and in no way should be taken seriously.
Even it were a law, it's completely unenforceable.
Lilliput comes to mind, where cracking open an egg on the wrong end was a death sentence.

I take mine out in restaurants. One would think every utensil in the building has a personal amplifier built in and targeting me.

Have you ever seen any of the episodes of the Maury Povich show
where he has several drag queens and several actual women
come onto the set, one at a time,
and has the audience try to guess which ones are which?

You really can not tell!
Most of the drag queens look more like real women than the actual women!

I don't do TV, I have 3 in my house for my wife she likes the old moves and some of the new ones.   I do do DVD and VCR's with my wife about 2 time a month, most of the time I don't make it through the full film(s).
