Native American Family slaughtered by probable illegal

The FBI is investigating this since it was likely on a Federal Reservation, but they are throwing a blanket over it and not releasing much information identifying the suspect (Jesus Deniz Mendoza) As an  "18 year old Wyoming Man".
I surmise this is an illegal or his parents were.

He killed Mother and Father and wounded the daughter after they found him broke down on the roadside tried to help him.

I hope Montana has the death penalty.

Yeah they still do have the death-penalty after a close-call to get rid of it March.

Authorities have the motive and confession...  No reason to delay shoving him into a flaming incinerator.  He's worth nothing.
