A 17-year-old student allegedly raped a 15-year-old classmate in their Maryland high school's hallway while other students were in their first-period classes.
Police said Jocori Marece Scarborough dragged the victim down a hall at Parkside High School in Salisbury around 8 a.m. Monday.
He pulled up her skirt, pulled down her underwear and raped her in a secluded part of the hall

What makes you think my that professors never thought critically? I probably forgot most--but certainly not all--of the factual information I learned in college (doesn't everybody?) but, for me, the most valuable part of the experience was learning how to think logically and critically. I also learned how to write a lot better. So, while I may have never fully grasped Spinoza's Ethics, the improvement in my ability to think critically made college a worthwhile experience for me.

Most professors have never done anything with their lives, and have no real-world experience. I'm not sure how you can learn anything from someone like that, except maybe retain what they say, and just do the opposite for the rest of your life. I guess that's a way to learn in college.

Actually, logic is a very academic subject. Symbolic logic can be applied better in the real world than categorical logic. I would actually recommend writing out your arguments using logic symbolism and analyzing it using the rules of logic to see if your conclusion can be appropriately derived from your premises.

What do you mean by "project"? Legal reasoning is largely analogical reasoning. I guess my point is that I don't often find myself writing out arguments like math problems using symbolic logic or trying to cram arguments into perfect AEIO syllogisms. So, in that sense, much of logic is academic. But knowing how logic works is still helpful in the real world. Some types of begging the question and circular logic can usually escape detection if one is not trained to look for it. Oftentimes, an argument that involves affirming the consequent or denying the antecedent seems perfectly okay unless you know to look for it. A lot of informal fallacies pop up in the everyday world and in law.

To start with, I'm very negative towards anything Oblammer. I believe in calling it like I see it. I conclude with several points.
1. Oblammer is mixed race. Now you can say not white, or brown or black. For the sake of argument his son must be mixed, making your claim false.
2. Why was it so important for Oblammer to insert himself into the Trayvon lies?
That didn't have any positive outcomes for racism charges as far as the judge and jury were concerned, just Oblammer making his "unwanted appearance".
3. If Oblammer had a son one could easily conclude that if it looked like him, he should shave its butt and teach it to walk backwards, something like that. Who cares and what would it matter?
