Hillary for Prison 2016.
This one is cut and dried. She destroyed electronic documents after an investigation had begun. It is a felony to destroy documents prior to an official investigation and needless to say it is also a felony to destroy documents once an investigation has begun. The documents were government documents.
Any emails she received that pertained to her work or position as Sec. of State are government property, meaning that they belong to the government, meaning that they belong to the public, meaning that they belong to you and I. Therefore, she had no right, legally or morally, to destroy documents that did not belong to her, period. I am not even talking about secret, top secret, or any kind of classified material. If she received an email from a friend who happened to be a politician or an aide and he asked her what she was going to wear to a State Dinner then that is a document of historical value. It shows something of import to, at the very least, an historian. It could show that someone was an ally or confidante, it could show, in part, some of her decision making processes, it could simply show that she was in contact with a benefactor or contributor. In any circumstance, those records are to be preserved. She may have taken it upon herself to deem such an email as personal, but let me posit that the email was from a former staffer. Let's say the former staffer was, at the time of the email, working for a senator on the Armed Services Committee. Let's say that the former staffer is now employed by an Iranian or Russian conglomerate that had been donating large amounts of money to the Clinton Foundation prior to, and at the time of, the email. Would you not agree that the hypothetical email I posit would at the very least show a direct link between the Clintons and a hostile foreign country a country that sponsors terrorism or at the very least someone with whom we (The U.S.A.) are at cross purposes? These are not simply things that she may merely destroy on a whim because she decides it is personal and none or your business.
I apologize for using an old standard, but as I was raised to believe, where there is smoke, there is almost always fire. .
She looks better in stripes than in orange.
The big question is will Bill ask for conjugal visits?

We are realists here and that ticket ain't going to happen.
A federal judge has ordered the State Department to cooperate with the investigation into the Hillary Clinton private email scandal, Breitbart News has learned.
Judge Emmett Sullivan, who presides over the nonprofit group Judicial Watch's lawsuit against the State Department for Clinton's emails, ordered the State Department Thursday to "begin a dialogue" with Department of Justice and FBI investigators.
"This is one government," Sullivan said, apparently miffed at the State Department's unwillingness to help investigators.
Sullivan ordered State Department lawyers to come back to him with a full written report by September 20 detailing the ways in which it has engaged with DOJ and FBI, and he set a new hearing for October 1, shortly before Clinton will be forced to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

She may get charged with something but she won't see the inside of a cell. The political class rarely do these days.
I think it will destroy her campaign.

She is from Illinois! A lot of Illinois politicians find themselves in prison!
Nah, Trump/Carson will never happen but a guy can hope. Carson's laid back soft spoken manner would be a perfect counter balance to Trump's bombast.
