I say Bull Shit! We're being gamed people! We have plenty of oil, the problem for us isn't supply, it's a false Mkt driven by politics, but we still have all the same refineries running and oil.
I paid $6.40.0 a gallon...

This is a false, politically driven price increase, diesel is always cheaper than gas because it takes less to process it for one, and two, our economy runs on it!
The only difference in off road diesel and road use is, (Red Dye) is added to green diesel highway, that's all.

Here's my thought, they run stories like this at peak price caused by speculative traders, knowing people will panic and buy. All pure profit!
This is illegal and I hope they pay for it through jail time!

Fast-forward to today, when our warning was echoed by the heads of one of the largest commodity trading houses and the biggest independent oil trader who were speaking at the FT Commodities Global Summit in Lausanne, Switzerland on Tuesday.

The corporate leaders estimated that as much as 3 million barrels of oil and its products a day could be lost from Russia as a result of sanctions, in line with previous estimates, and warned that global markets face a squeeze on diesel with Europe most at risk of a "systemic" shortage that could lead to fuel rationing.

The last time "gas stations ran dry" was when that idiot Carter was Prez, we were so Dependant on foreign oil that when the Iranians kicked out the Shah there was a shortage. The moron said he would make policy to "Turn us into a  nation of Bicycles"...Like Europe... yeah right. That has always been the left's plan to deprive us of our natural resources and our freedom of movement while profiting from the misery of the middle class.
