Every HOA has one, I'll bet Cynthia was all over the Vet down in Richmond who was flying the American flag from a too tall flag pole

Having been in the insurance business I was aware of many HOA's and their lunacy in many cases. On Hilton Head some of the HOA's will not allow fences around pools. They ignore they have written their accepted liability for some drownings.
