CNN host attacks Sheriff Joe

This CNN host obviously did not do his homework before attacking Sheriff Joe about Obama's birth certificate.

CNN is as one poster there said, being a "useful idiot".

IF this is a fraudulent document, and IF it can be proven to be so by experts, then that Sheriff has every right to investigate it. In fact every law enforcement officer in the nation has the right to do so.

They just can't arrest or prosecute him, while he holds the office of the President. Congress would have to impeach him first.

And well since that's not going to happen, all law enforcement can do, is wait till he's out of office and then charge him with the crime.
