Here are some handicaps that systemic racism inflicts on black people:

- lack of positive role models in black communities
- abundance of negative role models of black people in the "entertainment" (propaganda) industry
- public schools that do nothing but train students to whine about being victims,
   instead of teaching students the skills that would enable them to take care of themselves.

And who is imposing these REAL handicaps?
