The officer who tased the male driver said, ""The driver started grabbing his right pocket area, causing me to us (sic) my ECW (Electronic Conductive Weapon) on him." 

The officer who tased the female passenger said he gave verbal commands to the female to, "show her hands and stop resisting." He also wrote he "heard officers say 'gun' two-three times," according to the report.

Ask the DA. Point is, the Taser isn't considered a deadly weapon. Which is what we're discussing here. If you want to discuss the college kids case that's got it's own merits and it's own thread.

We apprehend first-degree murderers, child molesters, domestic abusers, even terrorists and give them their day in court.

This man shouldn't have been shot in the back and killed by police.

He would not have been had he not been DUI and resisting arrest. We noe know he would have been in violation of his parole and his ass was going back to prison.

So you're saying if he was retreating as he was but just happened to be shot in the chest? No, I wouldn't be OK with it. He's retreating, I don't see a need for Deadly force.

Garrett Rolfe, who was fired after the killing of 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks, faces 11 criminal charges, including felony murder.

If convicted of the murder charge, Rolfe could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.

The second officer at the scene, Devin Brosnan, faces three charges, including aggravated assault for standing or stepping on Brooks' shoulder after he was shot, Howard said.

I haven't seen a list of the charges but I doubt it will all stick.  11 is a lot
