A gay has filed a $70M lawsuit against Bible publishers for verses against homosexuality....

This is just another step in the full force war against Christianity in this Nation.  This case will be in the court system for years ..... until it gets to the SCOTUS.

Agree, but I doubt it will even make the appeals court, before he's fined for wasting the courts time.

Odds are, his lawyer explained to him a different lesson:

Go "court shopping."  File this suit in a court where the judge is likely to rule in your favor. 
Also look at what court might hear any appeals to the case. 
Make sure that you choose a location where you'll have friendly judges all the way up the ladder.

You can be sure that the left keeps databases on where this is the case.  They always play as a team.
