When I first posed the question, I thought it would be an easy answer, and it should be, but the Marxists are purposely making it difficult to be in one place in ones life.
It's kind of an optimist pessimist or realist question. Pie in the sky or stuck in place, but one could run the entire gambit in today's uncertain world.
I'm pretty much in the present. I enjoy life, don't worry too much about what I can not change. Love my wife very much. Love the kids. Pretty isolated so the only dumbasses I have to put up with are mainly family. Have enough work to do to keep busy but not so much as to feel pressure to get it done. I can pretty much fix, weld, nail, plumb, mend, etc. whatever gets broke or just needs doing. Tractors start when I want them to, THAT"S a main one. Old enough so I don't worry about my "image". Care enough about what people think, but not so much that I care to change anything. Have learned to say "aw just go f-ck yourself" under my breath. At peace with God. Thank God for the blessings in my life and the strength to deal with the rest. Have really enjoyed this forum, can not believe it is going on ten years.

Same here. The only reason I included anxious was waiting for all this BS to end, and yes, I believe it will.
