I must say, I was a bit apprehensive from the start, but we did it anyway.
I wish I had done this 5 years ago, instead of having the home vacant for squatters to move into.
Long story short, the damage incurred in the interim brought to home value down considerably, but still, considering the Mkt at the moment. (August 2022) I was SHOCKED at the amount I did get considering I didn't have to do repairs and the final bid was exactly the amount I received,
No closing costs, nothing, I got the full amount.

I almost wish I had other properties to unload. Just 20 days from signing and all my headaches disappeared instantly!

So glad you were able to sell quickly. From my viewpoint I surmise you were realistic about the value. So many people who have nightmare experiences have them because they are not realistic.

I just wanted the headache to end, and they did a wonderful job, roughly 20 days and check in my account.
All I had to do was digitally sign documents, once I confirmed who I was, all the documents were filled out for me, all I had to do was click and my signature was filled in.

Tons of documents, but as soon as you clicked one, the page would move to the next point and click, you were done.
There must have been nearly 100 places to sign.
They sent out recorders to my home, I never lifted a finger and never left the house, so I'd definitely use them again.
