Congressional Freeze of Benefits - please read and send to everyone you know
 
They worked Only 111 of the year's 365 days.
So many members of Congress are retiring in hopes of "locking-in" their future retirement payments.  Currently, their monthly retirement checks are equal to their monthly salaries.  They hope to freeze their retirement as it stands. I'm with Trump on this one.  Trump is asking everyone to forward this Email to a minimum of 20 people and to ask each one of them to do likewise.

This makes too much sense not to be passed on.   In 3 days , most people in the United States will have the message.  This is why the idea should be passed around, regardless of Political Party.

The Trump Rule's Congressional Reform Act Of 2018:

1 – No Tenure / No Pension.   A Congressman / Woman, collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.  No more perks go with them.

2 – Congressman / Woman (past, present & future) participate in Social Security.   All funds in the Congressional Retirement Fund move to the Social Security System immediately.  All future funds flow into the Social Security System, and Congress participates with the American People.  It may not be used for any other purposes.

3 – Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

4 – Congress will no longer vote themselves pay increases.  Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%

5 – Congress's current Healthcare System is terminated, and they participate in the same Healthcare System as the American people.

6 – Congress must abide by all the laws they impose on the American people

7 – All contracts with past and present Congressman / Woman are void.   The American people did not make these contracts with Congressmen / Women.

The Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career.  The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators serving their terms, then going home and back to work, and not get all kinds of freebies!

No wonder THEY'RE FIGHTING THIS TOOTH AND NAIL!

The plan is for each person to contact a minimum of 20 people.  If that happens. it will only take 3 days for most people in the United States to receive this message.

WE need to support it.  Write your congressman and your worthless democrat senators.     

I've said before...they shouldn't be paid for being rep or senator.   That is an honor.  They should keep their day job.   This would also cut down on the amount of time they spent in DC too.  The rats.

Do you know for certain it;'s contents are factual? See, therein lies the problem with unsigned posts such as these, people tend to take them at face value and pass them along.
I can think of a far better way to spend my time than getting excited over an unclaimed, unsolicited emotional plea.

Efforts of this nature are a distraction from actually accomplishing something. Let's face it, no amount of petitions will ever get politicians to remove perks they have voted themselves. The solution is replacing them with true conservatives. Liberals like useless petitions as it makes them "feel" better.

That's the thing, we need actual Statesmen in office, people willing to Right the wrongs of those who came before them. Whether it's pay cuts or actually living and working within their district, real change comes when people vote these scum out.

Too many have come to view govt as important, it is not, people are important, Govt belongs to the people and the sooner people quit looking at these people like Hollywood stars, the sooner we can make actual change.

Sorry for venting, but every time I read about our founding, our Constitution, Bill of Rights, I see just how disconnected we have come from controlling our govt, and because of this, our Govt has gained the power to control us. 

That should never have happened.

Is this one of them chain emails where if you send it to 20 friends you get a Rolex and if you don't you turn into a carved pumpkin on the steps of a Miami home to rot in the Florida sun.

I sure hope Conservative Political Forum (CPF) stays fact base with links to back it up or websites. You guys worked so hard to keep quality over quantity. CPF always has the best of the best rather than a lot of cheap knock offs. That's why folks like, what's his screen name, mican5 never come back responds to any post.
