A guy driving to work one day notices a little boy at the side of the road with a box of kittens and a sign saying,"FREE KITTENS--THEY'RE DEMOCRATS"  He wonders about this as he goes on his way.  Several days later he notices the same little boy with the same box of kittens, but with a different sign, which read, "FREE KITTENS--THEY'RE REPUBLICANS". Curious now he pulls over, stops, gets out and asks the kid,
"Why the change in signs". The kid replies," It's simple mister, they're eyes are open now".
