let me explain.
It is a sign telling people to drive safely at a school for retarded kids, or as we call them, "slow learners".
Now we have a sign stating the obvious, which is like having a sign in front of a diet clinic telling people to be aware of slow fat people.

You see, in the U.S. its not politically correct to use the correct wording, so we disguise everything with stupid meaningless terms.

Like fags are called gay, or instead of calling libs communists, we call them progressives, or as I like to refer to them, targets I like a good moving target myself. :))
