A few thoughts...

- my doctor friend told me, before the election, that he thinks Biden shows signs of brain damage from his two cerebral aneurysms.  It does explain a lot.

- He look really subdued, and he is speaking tight to script and still fumbling a little bit. 

NO WAY will they let Ryan debate him.  There is no way.

I thought for once he was actually lucid....
