Supposed to climb to upper 90's.  Just took Lira for her walk and theres easily 50 tents plus around here. LIRA is in 7th heaven with all the dogs n pups to play with.  Roger is adjusting to his conehead, cats with cones is funny but difficult to watch.  His open wound is looking alot better.  But i do think instead of just a warm compress I will use black tea bag compresses, black tea will pull poison out. I know that to be true.
Smoked foods party went well, we have to change the weekend for it.... thats just a smart idea.
After our company leaves I will take Lira swimmin in the creek. There is plans of a float to but we shall see.  Also must watch happy canoers.  Well because of the heat and excess drinking they sometimes get pretty scarey.  Yesterday we had to make a call for the pontoon,  canoe 2 drunktard cityits and the female couldnt function in shallow water. 
Well I must go help with the clean up n see if our guests are awake.

Oddly enough, not so in Vegas.  We are experiencing some nice cool weather for a change.  Right now it's only 86˚ F in the shade on the sunny side of my house according to my digital thermometer.  With our 15% humidity, that's a very comfortable temperature.

House cleaning day today, the crew shows up in another hour or so.  The wife and I will go hide with our bulldog for the duration.  Looks like a good day to go to the park and watch the kids playing.  I think I'll fix hamburgers tonight, and watch a Netflix movie.  Pretty relaxed.

Prayerful thanks to all those military men and women who died so that I might live to enjoy this Memorial Day!  They are always my heroes!

I wasn't ready for it. time to drop a few pounds. I hate the humidity.

We needed a fire a few days ago, today we will be in the 70s again, by weeks end, we'll be in the 80s.
I just hope it's a dry heat.
